1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Where duplicate accounts are identified, ojbet may close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ojbet account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ojbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

ojbet does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees. Credit extended by third-party financing services to fund gambling is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. ojbet will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a different name. Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification as described in Section 3.3 must be completed to the satisfaction of our compliance team.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ojbet account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the sum of the bonus amount only. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotion Changes

6. Gaming Rules

• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content on the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes the rights of any third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ojbet Platform or its underlying software.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ojbet Platform — including but not limited to the ojbet name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, service marks, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of ojbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ojbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of ojbet.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by ojbet

ojbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: you have violated any provision of these Terms; your account is subject to a pending compliance, fraud, or AML investigation; you have provided false registration information; or a dispute resolution process requires temporary account restriction.

During a period of suspension, access to your account balance, including deposits, winnings, and pending withdrawals, may be withheld pending the outcome of the relevant investigation. ojbet will endeavor to complete investigations as promptly as reasonably practicable and will notify you of the outcome by email.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your ojbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining balance from your account. ojbet will process a final withdrawal of your verified account balance following account closure, provided no outstanding compliance issues exist. Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply following account closure.

12. Limitation of Liability

ojbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ojbet account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ojbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Amendments to These Terms
